Brent Dongell | Missionary to New Zealand

In Brent's senior year at Indiana Wesleyan University the Church of New Zealand resonated within his heart. Through the encouragement of friends and countless conversations with the Lord, he decided to travel to New Zealand and see how God was at work. After volunteering for seven months in 2007 as a youth pastor at Shore Grace in Auckland, he saw a need and place to contribute his gifts to the overseas Church.
Brent has been appointed as a GO-Net missionary to New Zealand where he will seve on the staff of a church plant, Cession Community Church. he will be focusing on outreach and developing leaders. He will also be involved with developing programs for the national Wesleyan youth and young adults. "I try to live my life with passion that puts God and people at the heart of who I am."

Rasts | Missionaeries to England

An intense spiritual warfare is taking place in the cities of Western Europe. In Germany less than 10% of the population attend church regularly, and that number is declining. Whole portions of the country, though superficially ?Christian? have never really been evangelized! The Rast?s passion is to see new churches building rock solid believers who are able to thrive in this difficult climate.
Greg grew up in Holland, Michigan, where he gave his life to Christ at age 15. God called him to missions while at Asbury Theological Seminary (ATS). Greg finished an M.Div. from ATS in 2001 and is an ordained minister.
Shannon (DeJong-Berens) was raised in Hudsonville, Michigan. She gave her heart to Jesus at age eight, and God called her to missions at age 15. She studied Bible at Indiana Wesleyan University and fine arts at the University of Kentucky.
Greg and Shannon have two sons: Andrew ('00) and Jeffrey ('04).
