The facilities and emergency procedures have been approved by the Lansing Fire Department, and a special security identification system has been put into place for all children from infants through fifth grade.

If a JumpTown staff member needs to contact you, your Family ID number will appear on the display unit near the side screen on the left side of the sanctuary. You will need to show your Family ID card in order to be admitted to the room. At the end of each service, you will not be permitted to pick up your child unless you can show a staff member that the number on your Family ID card matches the number on the nametag your child is wearing. If you forgot to bring your permanent Family ID card, you may always get a temporary ID number for the day.

Our intention is to ensure that only qualified, committed personnel are selected for positions of trust when working with our children. Before a volunteer is permitted to work with our children, they are required to fill out an application, references are checked and a police background check is performed.
