Brandon Bruce | Senior Pastor

Brandon is a new resident of Lansing, but not new to Michigan. He graduated from Holland High School and Jennifer grew up in San Diego, California. Jennifer was an elementary school teacher for 5 years, but now enjoys being a full-time mom.

They try to see their life as a great adventure! They enjoy their weekly date nights, love being around people, and love to travel together. They were married on June 28, 2002 and both recently completed their masters degrees. On June 19, 2007 they had a baby boy named Jaylon Christian Bruce. Brandon thinks his greatest contribution to Faith Church comes from the areas of leadership, speaking, & connecting with people.

Chris Hinterman | Community Life Pastor

Chris’ passion for global and local outreach have taken him to places he’d never dreamed of as a boy from a tiny central Michigan town.  Collecting passport stamps from interesting countries has become an unintentional hobby.  His other interests include home improvement projects, cycling with Marcia on their Cannondale tandem and eating ice-cream.   He loves meeting and connecting people with one another and his best friend, Jesus.  Chris and Marcia live in Dewitt. Their children and grandchildren live in Grand Rapids, Cape Coral, Florida and Auckland, New Zealand.

Scott Ferguson | Student Ministries & Media Pastor

Scott's passion is to see students discover their purpose in this world, through Jesus Christ. You can usually find this guy with a Starbucks cup in hand. When he's not building relationships with students, he is probably in his office working on graphic design projects. Scott and his wife Erin met while studying at Indiana Wesleyan University. Now married, they reside in Lansing where they have no children (and none coming anytime soon) and no pets. Just a cute apartment and a nice TV.

Jennifer Neal | Children's Ministries Director

Jen’s ministry passion is to see kids develop a foundation for a close, personal relationship with a loving God through fun and exciting activities and relevant teachings. She loves to see the many awesome volunteers that serve in JumpTown using their gifts and talents to touch kids’ lives.

She enjoys cycling with her husband Chisom, reading, eating Mexican food and spending time with their menagerie of animals, including two ferrets (Sammy and Lewie), two bearded dragons (Lola and Rex) and their adorable dog (Lexie).

Judy Gabbard | Office Manager

Judy can be found in the office answering phones and keeping the wheels turning at Faith Church. She is excited about the ways God is using her at Faith, each day being little different from the next. Judy is married to Brandy. They have two wonderful daughters, Christie and Courtney. The delight of her life is her two grandsons, Brandon and Haydon and one beautiful granddaughter, Ivy (but she also enjoys scrap booking, sports, shopping and spending time with family).

Johanna Bennetts | Administrative Assistant

Johanna is a blissful newlywed, having married Dr. William Bennetts in January 2007. She recently moved to Lansing, from the Black Hills of South Dakota. She spent most of her life in from the Quad City area in Iowa. Johanna has twelve years experience serving in various ministry positions including youth ministry, young and single adult ministry, and several administrative positions. When she's not at work, you can find her cooking up Will's latest deer, watching decorating shows on TV, scrapbooking, working out or hiking in the hills. Johanna is energized by seeing lives changed by the love and holiness of Jesus, and believes that Faith Church is a great place to see that happen. Her passion is designing and implementing processes that help a church body become more effective, efficient, and excellent

Linda Petersen | Facilities Director

Linda makes it her personal mission to make sure your experience at Faith is a good one. From cleaning to wedding supervision, she helps keep everything in tip-top shape. With her husband Dar, she loves spending time with friends and family.

Shannon Knopf | Janitor

Shannon has been working at the church for about 6 months. She helps keep this place all clean and beautiful. Shannon and and her husband Jedidiah have one daughter, Laura.
